Yeah, this is definitely a lesbianish haircut I’ve got going on.
Many of Natalie Maines’ songs in her latest album “Gaslighter”, are influenced by her divorce, wherein she candidly expresses her emotionally-charged life experiences surrounding her divorce.

But the lesbians liked me already!
She has dealt with some health issues earlier also – earlier too, her band had to cancel some of their shows on grounds of the ill health of its members. Circulating fake news about celebrities is very common – since Maines’ pregnancy is not substantiated by any evidence, we can conclude that this is also fake news about the country singer.
Is She Lesbian?
There is no official information or any indication that Natalie is lesbian – she got married a couple of times, but none of her marital relations survived.
So, yes, as far as where we could go with the sound, they were very much there. Conservatives torched their CDs. The promo poster for the 2006 documentary about the fallout, "Shut Up and Sing," depicted The Chicks sitting on top of the United States Capitol building, their half-naked bodies graffitied with words and phrases like "Dixie Bimbos," "Traitors" and "Big Mouth." In the 2020 doc "Miss Americana," about Taylor Swift's evolution into a vocal anti-Trump liberal and LGBTQ-rights advocate, Swift said she had been pressured to refrain from being politically and socially free-spoken to avoid a Chicks-like career implosion.
Returning after a 14-year recording hiatus, Maines, fortunately, still refuses to shut up on "Gaslighter," the trio's most authentic and unflinchingly personal album yet.
(Laughs) Exactly!

To quote a Dixie Chicks song, fearless frontwoman Natalie Maines has “been a longtime gone.”
Seven years after one of the most successful country music acts released Taking the Long Way, and its unapologetic single “Not Ready to Make Nice” in response to the singer’s political dig at then-President George W.
Bush, Maines goes her own way for her first-ever solo album, Mother. I don't even know if they knew that about themselves yet, necessarily. Or a lot of males just look at him as the female producer so they don't ask him. He just has a sensitivity. But then fighting for what you believe is right, and standing up for yourselves, and not letting them shush you.
I say that now and people think, “Ooh, she’s mad at country,” and I never listened to country. Reach him via his website at www.chris-azzopardi.com.
