She co-hosted the show alongside Clinton Kelly for 10 years. Unlike me, there are countless people in the LGBTQIAP community who have had no choice in who they are, no love from family on which to lean, no support from anyone anywhere,' London said.

The host went on to say that she 'fell in love, truly in love, with this beautiful, sexy, kind soul and I won’t apologize for that but I stand on the shoulders of a community that fought like hell for me to be able to do that openly and proudly and EASILY'.

'It’s one thing to SAY Love is Love.

Stacy London didn’t “say gay” for ages, but now she calls herself a late-in-life lesbian.

The What Not to Wear alum has been with her partner Cat Yezbak since 2018, publicly revealing their relationship via Instagram on New Year’s Eve 2019.

“So I used to date men.

London, 55, went public with Cat in 2019 after over one year together and has been sharing sweet snaps from their relationship ever since. We have talked about it, we’ll see,” she said. Regardless, she believes sexuality is a spectrum, and somewhere along the way, she occupied her own space on it.

“I feel like I want to say lesbian because there aren’t enough of us,” she said.

“In the ’50s and ’60s, there was none of that. When I was growing up, there were none of those words that made people feel seen,” she told the outlet.

When asked about the possibility of marrying her longterm partner, London was tight-lipped.

“Maybe! 'It’s not just about one type of lesbian culture.

I want people to see the spectrum, and so I identify as such.”

With London and Yezbek now together for around six years, it begs the question: Is there a wedding in the future?

“Maybe!” London said.

The style icon recalled the strides society has made in recent years towards the LGTBQ+ community as she talked revealing her romantic relationship with Cat in her late 40s.

That’s all I have to say,' she concluded.

London rose to fame on the popular TLC show What Not to Wear in 2003.
