Calling themselves ‘the gay cult' of Chapinero, we received the kind of reception at La Estación that made us feel as if we had frequented it for many many years.
Look out for their Monday-Friday 2 for 1 Happy Hour and also for some of their themed nights like “Fiesta Blanca” (White Party) and rumba shows on Saturday evenings.
Leos Bar is open daily from 2 pm until 3 am (on weekends until 6 am) and is located at Cl. 59, No. 9-36 in Chapinero.

Bar Chiquita in Bogotá is like stepping into the sassiest fever dream you didn’t know you needed.
When Seby and I wandered in, we were greeted by neon lights, campy decor, and an energy so electric it could power the entire city.
For lovers of rancheras and the so-called "música de plancha," there's a cantina (bar), and on the third floor, there's another lively bar.

Theatron
After many years as a traditional theater in the Chapinero neighborhood, it transformed into Theatron, the largest nightclub in Bogotá and an iconic establishment for nightlife and the LGBTIQ+ community in Latin America.

Ubicado en Chapinero, El Búnker cuenta con cuatro animados ambientes para sus visitantes: una terraza crossover para bailar al ritmo de merengue, salsa, vallenato y tropical; una cantina donde suenan los éxitos de la música popular; una sala urbana donde se puede bailar al ritmo del dancehall y el reguetón; y una sala tribal, en la que resuenan los beats de la música electrónica al ritmo de reconocidos DJs.

A newer kid on the block, Leos Bar Mistica is a unique and fresh face on the Bogota gay scene.
This was our favoritegay bar in Bogota outside of the almighty Theatron.
Be sure to try out the “Crazy Margarita”, which is pretty daunting when you first see it: we were a bit taken aback when we saw the waiter bring it out loaded with syringes!
